Principle Characteristics:

• Due to its unique formulation, GREENCOAT Elite Paint acts as a one-way membrane, allowing moisture to escape to the surface but prevents moisture ingress into the treated structure.
• A high degree of elasticity – will never harden.
• Excellent adhesion to practically any surface
• Colour fastness. (UV protection by natural pigmentation)
• Fungi resistant
• Excellent Heat resistant properties
• Will not harden or deteriorate with age
• Withstand aggressive scrubbing
• Has low flame index
• Non-toxic and odourless on application no H.A.P.

Intended use:

The product is an ideal coating for plastered walls, ceilings and Nutec fibre cement fascia boards, as well as other areas where satin finish is required. It is a pure acrylic emulsion paint for application to most substrates for decorative and corrosion protection purposes in moderate environments.

Cleaning:

Clean all tools (brushes and rollers) while wet with water after use.
